Characteristics
A jellyfish with a beautiful bowl-shaped umbrella.
The whole body is translucent white. It has four mouth arms and tentacles on its surface.
They have nematocysts, but they don't feel their stings. If you meet them while swimming, you should be able to gently move them by touching their umbrellas. When you put it on your palm, it feels heavy like a large jelly.
Ecology
They live in the oceans of the world and are common in coastal areas. It eats small plankton while swimming.
Habitat
Miura Peninsula Arasaki
There were a lot of them early in the morning when there were hardly any waves. Many were found at depths up to 1m, but some were sunk. Kibinago was resting on an umbrella.
