Mt. Imakuma - Katakurajoshi Park

It was a hot and humid day from the morning.

I entered Mt. Imakuma in the morning. The temperature started to rise at 7:00 AM, and it was quite hot and humid. I heard the voices of summer birds, but I couldn't see them. Japanese lilies were in bloom.

Eurasian Reed Bunting Parent and Child

On the way to Mt. Imakuma, I encountered a Eurasian Reed Bunting parent and its young. The parent was feeding the chicks, who were not yet very good at flying.

The chicks had a pale color.

In the afternoon, I moved to Katakurajoshi Park. I found a Mantis religiosa larva on a leaf.
