Common Kingfisher (female)

A female Common Kingfisher was in a pool near Owada Riverside Park. A cat emerged from the bushes nearby. Kingfishers often come to this spot.

It didn't seem to mind the cat passing by.

Reed Bunting in the Reed Field

There was a Reed Bunting in the reed field upstream from Naganuma Bridge. It was difficult to get it to come out into an easy-to-photograph spot.
